Cooked and frozen peeled shrimps 125/175 Store at -18°C. It is sufficient to pour boiling water over the shrimps, after which they are ready for use in cooking. The seafood meat is firm and has a rich flavour. The shrimps are coated with a thin glaze layer of no more than 7%. Package: 2.5 kg, net weight 2 kg. Shelf life: 12–24 months at -18°C.
