Northern shrimp (Pandalus Borealis) 70/90 Shrimps are caught in the cold waters of the Atlantic — large, sweet, with roe, without glaze. Immediately after catching, the shrimps are boiled on board and shock-frozen, preserving taste, texture and all beneficial properties. Store at -18°C. Shelf life: 12–24 months.
